Is NyGuard™ EZ1 the same formula as NyGuard® IGR concentrate

NyGuard EZ1 uses that same active ingredient, has the same mode of action, and can be used for the same insects and use sites  as NyGuard IGR concentrate, but it is a different diluted formula for easy 1 oz. mixing.
